Your inputs define the model.

The calculation is local. The hosting request is a separate part of visiting a website.

Calculator inputs stay local

Sensor dimensions, focal length, distance and selected units are processed in the current browser page. This source has no form submission endpoint, remote calculation API, account, photo upload, camera permission request or EXIF reader. We do not intentionally send calculator inputs to a server. They are not written to cookies, local storage or session storage by the calculator.

A local text or CSV report is generated only when you choose its export button. Copy report asks the browser to write the current report to your clipboard. If that fails, the current report can be selected in an on-page text box. Your clipboard and saved files remain under your control.

Hosting requests

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Loading a page necessarily sends ordinary network information to the host, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process operational or security information under its own policies. This is separate from our calculator inputs; browser-local calculation is not a promise that hosting produces no request records.

Analytics, advertising and consent

This prepared release has no active analytics beacon, advertising script or consent-management loader. Cloudflare Web Analytics automatic injection is not expected for this initial release. Publisher account metadata and ads.txt are present for ownership and future advertising preparation; neither alone loads ads or establishes advertising approval. No ad serving, earnings or audience claim is made.

If the host later enables analytics or the site later enables advertising and consent messages, this page must be updated to match the actual host and script configuration. Enabling a host setting can affect served pages independently of the authored source; this release’s status must be rechecked before a later configuration change is described as live.

Email sent to the shared public forwarding alias is processed by its forwarding provider and destination email service. Include only the information needed to describe a reproducible issue; avoid private photos, account passwords or payment details. The email exchange is distinct from using the calculator.
